PPLSP (Education Unit Field Introduction Program) is one of the course programs aimed at enabling students to gain hands-on and integrative experience in education units. Students can apply and adapt things both knowledge, skills, and teacher values that students have gained from previous lecture activities.
Therefore, to run the PPLSP program, one group of students was assigned to be a practitioner at one of the educational institutions that have become partners with the Indonesian University of Education, Serang Campus, namely the Al Zahira TKIT educational institution which is the auspices of the Al Zahira Education Foundation. TKIT Al Zahira is located at Jl. Ciracas No. 32 Kaujon Baru – Serang City – Banten. The students who were given the opportunity as PPLSP practitioners at TKIT Al Zahira included Eka Mustiana Rizki, Wiwin, and Rizki Muzzakir accompanied by a field supervisor, Mr. Budhi Tristyanto, M.Pd. The PPLSP activity starts from February to April 2022. PPLSP begins with outreach activities to partner schools, students, and Field Supervisors (DPL); Opening and releasing of PPLSP students by the Director/Deputy Director; Delivery of practical students by the supervisor; Implementation of PPLSP by student practitioners at partner schools; Monitoring of implementation by Field Supervisors (DPL); PPLSP exam; and Withdrawal of Students by Field Supervisors (DPL).

One of the activities carried out was the delivery of practical students by the field supervisor, namely Mr. Budhi Tristyanto, M.Pd at TKIT Al Zahira.
Another activity from PPLSP is that students practice PPLSP at partner schools by the PPLSP guidelines which are carried out by making and implementing several 5 RPPM and 16 RPPH. By the direction of the school and also a mutual agreement with the student practitioners, it was agreed that the division of classes was divided in rotation, namely that the students were allowed to be in one class for 2 weeks so that each student felt 6 weeks for 3 classes, namely Kindergarten A, Kindergarten B1, and TK B2. As for the first week, students do not directly practice fully learning. This is because, in the first week, students carry out observation activities both in planning, processing, monitoring, and evaluating learning in schools; facilities, and infrastructure as well as an introduction to children or students.
In implementing PPLSP in partner schools, in addition to making lesson plans, making learning media needed in learning, or matters related to learning, practical students also help with administrative activities; assisting extra-class activities such as making wallpaper decorations, accompanying children in the commemoration of Islamic Holidays (PHBI), accompanying children in the training process for student graduation activities and so on

In the process of implementing PPLSP, the field supervisor also monitors PPLSP activities offline at TKIT Al Zahira. After 5 RPPM and 16 RPPH have been implemented, the next activity is the PPLSP Exam which is tested by examiners, namely the Civil Service Teacher and Field Supervisor.
Figure 3. Withdrawal of Practicing Students
The last PPLSP activity was carried out in addition to making the PPLSP report, namely Student Withdrawal from TKIT Al Zahira. Due to the unavoidable schedule, withdrawals are not made by the field supervisor. Even so, the process of activities continues to run smoothly and wisely.
